Continuously identifying process gaps and seeking to enhance productivity and service quality to achieve operational excellence. The Team Leader reports to the Director of Operations. Description - Leading a team of Project Managers responsible for the coordination of Ballast Water service projects of Mr. Marine Engineers on board of sea-going vessels including quoting, processing orders and planning service attendance on board - Manage communication with customers and subcontractors throughout the project - Measure, monitor and manage team performance focused on the main team targets: revenue, gross margin, hit rate and customer satisfaction - Manage resources in the most efficient and effective way - Leading, coaching and developing Project Managers in the team - Ensure the team utilizes best practices, techniques and standards and identify improvement opportunities in efficiency and effectiveness - Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions within team and cross...
