In the role of Technical Service Manager Food Confectionery, you'll be at the heart of this innovation! As Technical Service Manager for the confectionery market (mostly in Germany) you work very closely with our Sales, Innovation colleagues, and the customer's R&D Innovation and Quality departments. In this position you will report directly to the Manager Technical Service. Through daily contact with the technical departments of our customers and as a partner of sales and account managers, you understand and spot the interests and needs of our customers and translate / negotiate this into understandable and realistic specifications and solutions. You create innovations to meet these requirements with our Research and Development specialists, as well as Product Management, Quality and Production. This role is truly cross functional. About 50% of your time, you will be in contact with a broad range of customers producing Chocolate food solutions in Germany.
