You can read more about Cityden on our website www.cityden.com Duty Manager As the duty manager you will be jointly responsible for the daily operation in the hotel and you ensure that everything will run smoothly. You won't be doing this alone, you will work closely with the hotel manager since he/she has the final responsibility. You will be the first representative for the guests and respond to requests, complaints and feedback. You also ensure that the hotel always looks neat and representative. You know all the ins and outs of the hotel like no other and you communicate this correctly to the team and management Together with the team you provide the ultimate guest experience and you always take that extra step!
