Your mission Under the responsibility of the President of the Synodal Council, you are responsible for the administrative, organizational and financial management of the Central Office of the VPKB. Your role is twofold: to ensure the efficiency and reliability of the administration; Creating a collaborative, transparent and respectful working atmosphere in which every employee is valued. You are the link between the chairwoman, the decision-making bodies and the teams, and you ensure the concrete implementation of the strategic choices. Your core tasks Supporting the President: preparing strategic dossiers and implementing the decisions of the Synodal Council. Ensuring administrative management: supervising the day-to-day operations, guaranteeing the quality and transparency of processes, monitoring legal and regulatory obligations. Guiding and managing teams: organizing, planning and motivating staff, preventing and managing conflicts, supporting evolutions through training and evaluation. Manage finances: monitor compliance with procedures, ensure strategic follow-up and propose relevant adjustments. To represent the VPKB's administration in its dealings with supervisory authorities, institutional partners and external suppliers. Your strengths Minimum Bachelor Proven experience in team management and in administrative and financial management. Ability to combine rigor and creativity, anticipate needs and improve processes. Strong relational skills: willingness to listen, diplomacy and ability to create a climate of trust. Caring, motivating and connecting leadership. Autonomy and proactivity, with a sense of priorities and initiative. Good knowledge of the ecclesial environment and sensitivity to the challenges of a Church at the heart of society. Excellent command of French and Dutch (oral and written). Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint are minimum requirements. We expect at least 2 references from you.
