Your tasks Administrative follow-up of quotations Support for invoicing and Basic accounting Management of agendas, appointments and correspondence Coordination of daily office operations Contact with customers, suppliers and partners Administrative support to the management Organization of day-to-day administrative tasks Your profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience At least 3 years of experience as a Office Manager, administrative assistant or similar Good knowledge of Dutch and French (English is a plus) Highly organised, discreet and independent Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
