We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Traditional Vietnamese Cook** who is passionate about preserving the authentic flavors of Vietnam while working in a modern professional kitchen. Your Responsibilities - Prepare authentic traditional Vietnamese dishes using classic cooking techniques and recipes. - Ensure every dish meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. - Follow modern food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. - Understand and manage food allergies and special dietary requirements. - Support both restaurant service and catering events. - Work efficiently as part of a professional kitchen team. - Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-managed kitchen environment.
