Supply Chain Coordinator
For Atlas Copco, we are looking for a Communication Coordinator to temporarily support a global transformation program. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all communication activities related to the rollout of a new SAP platform across multiple product companies worldwide. You will ensure that employees, project teams, and other internal stakeholders are informed in a clear, timely, and consistent way about project milestones, system changes, and key decisions. You will work closely with rollout managers, communication colleagues, and local contacts across different countries. Your main responsibilities include: - Creating and executing communication plans for ongoing rollout activities - Coordinating communication activities according to project timelines - Organizing and facilitating communication and alignment meetings - Writing and distributing newsletters, emails, and project updates - Managing and updating communication content via SharePoint and other internal channels - Preparing communication materials for key milestones and go-live events - Supporting project teams in delivering clear and consistent messaging - Collaborating with international stakeholders and local representatives - Vaardigheden: We are looking for someone who thrives in an international project environment and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to communication processes. Ideally, you bring: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Communication, Languages, Business Administration, or a related field Initial relevant experience in communication, project communication, or change management Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (business fluent level required) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, Copilot, etc.) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a structured way A proactive, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset Nice to have: Experience in ERP or SAP implementation projects Exposure to IT transformation programs Experience in change management Experience in international project environments Junior profiles with relevant internship experience are also welcome. - Attesten: / - Opleidingsvereisten: / - Vakkennis: / - Talenkennis: Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
