Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors and Office Manager

Bauer Media Outdoor Danmark A/S is looking for a new colleague for a fixed-term project employment as an Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors and Office Manager.

Your overall responsibilies:

Administrative support to Board of Directors & Local Management Team:

Assist with calendar management, meeting scheduling and travel booking

Handle correspondence and organize internal events and workshops

Project Coordination:

Support management in coordinating and following up on projects

Create and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and collect data for reporting

Office Operations:

Ensure that the office functions efficiently, including purchasing office supplies, gifts and coordinating with suppliers

Provide assistance with meetings and events

Responsible for various access and transportation cards

Ensure that the office is presentable, including various cleaning/organization, unpacking of goods etc.

Relationships and Communication:

Be the link between management and the team by ensuring clear communication and information sharing

Manage contact with internal and external stakeholders

You will be working with:

Board of Directors & Local Management Team

People & Office Team

Assist other teams with for instance AI-projects

The soft and hard skills you need to succeed in the role:

Strong organizational skills

Good at keeping track of many tasks at the same time

Good communication skills - both verbal and written (English & Danish)

Works independently, takes responsibility and thrives with a dynamic working day

Microsoft Office package

Possible experience with project management tools such as “Monday as well as experience with AI-projects

Responsible for environmental and quality work linked to the role
