The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, customer-focused thinking, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers, corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and partners Promote Rocking Tours services including transport, tours, airport transfers, and travel packages Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships Prepare quotations, offers, and follow up on leads Manage sales pipeline and meet monthly targets Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings when required Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain CRM records and customer database Monitor market trends and competitor activities Support digital sales campaigns and online inquiries Requirements Previous experience in sales, customer service, tourism, or transport industry preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-driven personality Good computer skills (Email, MS Office, CRM systems, social media) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driving licence is an advantage Good English skills required Finnish language is an advantage Additional languages (Urdu, Arabic, Swedish, etc.) are a plus What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based commission Opportunity to grow with an expanding company Friendly and multicultural working environment Flexible working model Training and career development opportunities How to Apply Please send your CV and short introduction to: Subject: Application Sales Executive
