Sales and Operations Coordinator

The Employees duties include sales activities through various communication channels based on inbound customer inquiries, supporting future sales activities, managing daily customer communication prior to tours, providing information and guidance to clients, handling bookings, cancellations, and refunds, assigning vehicles and client lists to guides according to operational needs, and assisting with car logistics and vehicle movements in maintenance cases accordance with company guidelines.
