1 Executive Chef / Küchenchef_in (m/w/d) Key Responsibilities * Culinary Leadership & Strategy Provide strategic and operational leadership for all culinary operations, aligning culinary concepts, performance and culture with hotel objectives and The Ritz-Carlton brand standards * Food Quality & Guest Experience Ensure exceptional, consistent and innovative culinary experiences across all outlets, banquets and in-room dining, responding to guest feedback and opportunities with creativity and precision * Operational & Financial Oversight Manage daily kitchen operations, staffing, scheduling and resources while controlling food cost, labor cost, budgets, inventory and KPIs to optimize financial performance and efficiency * Team Leadership & Structure Lead, mentor and manage all Outlet Sous Chefs and culinary teams, ensuring clear accountability, strong communication and seamless execution across all kitchens * Interdepartmental Collaboration Work closely with the Director of F&B, Restaurant management, sales, banquets and other departments to ensure aligned operations and flawless service execution * Talent Development & Engagement Select, develop and inspire culinary talent through coaching, training, performance management and a culture rooted in Ritz-Carlton values, diversity, and inclusion * Quality, Hygiene & Compliance Ensure full compliance with brand standards, food safety regulations, HACCP and local laws while leading audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives Your Qualifications * Experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef, with at least 3 years in a Senior * Culinary Leadership role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment * Proven experience leading multiple outlets and large culinary teams * Strong culinary creativity combined with solid financial, operational and cost-control expertise * Exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills with a hands-on leadership style * Demonstrated ability to inspire teams and consistently deliver outstanding food quality and guest satisfaction * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm, focused and decisive under pressure * Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP standards and modern culinary practices * Proficiency in kitchen management systems and Microsoft Office; experience with Marriott systems is an advantage * Passion for luxury hospitality, craftsmanship and creating memorable dining experiences * Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required * Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage; additional languages are beneficial Our Benefits: * Become part of the Top 1% of Hospitality Professionals: Stand out with your experience in a prestigious environment and among professionals * Work in a 5-star environment: Enjoy working in a modern and luxurious workplace, equipped with high-quality amenities * Excellent career opportunities worldwide: Benefit from great career prospects in 5-star hotels around the world * and many more The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.492,00 per month.
