Start asap Tasks: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience. Also, you will be maintaining a thorough understanding of the products, brand, and industry to provide accurate information and support to customers. Additionally, you will be conducting research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
