In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of e-bike mechanics, ensuring the highest quality standards in e-bike refurbishment and repair. You’ll play a key part in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently while promoting a positive team culture. Your Role - Lead & Mentor: Provide hands-on guidance and training to a team of e-bike mechanics, ensuring their continuous development and high performance. - Technical Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for complex repairs and troubleshooting, setting the benchmark for technical excellence. - Workflow & Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to timelines. - Quality Control: Ensure that all refurbished e-bikes meet rigorous quality standards before reaching customers. - Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement process improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. - Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Customer Service) to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. - Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed, maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in e-bike mechanics, with extensive hands-on experience. - Previous team management experience with a proven track record of mentoring and developing team members. - Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a wide range of e-bike brands and models. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for sustainable mobility and a customer-first mindset. - Basic PC skills (Email, MS Office). - Good knowledge of English (German is a plus). - Willingness to work in a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
