Experienced Restaurant Operations Manager for Growing Restaurant in Ishøj

Signature Smash ApS is an independent and growing restaurant located in Ishøj, Denmark. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for daily operations and further development of the business. The role requires strong leadership skills, operational management experience and financial understanding in a hospitality environment. Key responsibilities include: • Full responsibility for daily restaurant operations • Staff planning, supervision and performance management • Budget control and cost management (food and wage cost) • Supplier coordination and inventory management • Ensuring compliance with Danish food safety and hygiene regulations • Monitoring sales performance and preparing operational reports • Maintaining high standards of quality and customer service • Optimising operational procedures and workflows We offer: • Permanent full-time position (37 hours per week) • Salary in accordance with qualifications and the Danish Pay Limit Scheme • A leadership role with operational responsibility • Opportunity to contribute to continued business growth Workplace: Ishøj, Denmark Start date: As soon as possible Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
