Job Summary We are looking for a strong and experienced Floor Manager to support the daily operations of our fast-growing Indian restaurant. The Floor Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and play a key role in leading the service team, ensuring high operational standards, and delivering an excellent guest experience. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills, experience in busy restaurant environments, and a passion for Indian hospitality and service culture. Key Responsibilities Floor Operations & Shift Leadership Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. Lead service during shifts and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and floor staff. Ensure guests receive professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times. Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally. Team Supervision & Training Assist in training and developing waiters, runners, hosts, and bartenders. Ensure staff follow company standards, procedures, and service expectations. Support shift planning and maintain strong communication within the team. Help create a positive, motivated, and professional working environment. Guest Experience & Service Quality Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality throughout the restaurant. Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure consistent service quality. Actively support upselling and strong service performance during shifts. Represent authentic Indian hospitality and company values on the floor. Operational Support & Administration Support stock control, ordering routines, and daily operational procedures. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Help monitor daily sales performance and shift operations. Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. Hygiene, Safety & Compliance Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed at all times. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment. Support compliance with workplace policies and operational procedures.
