Das AMS Währingergürtel sucht im Rahmen einer Vorauswahl für einen renomierten Kunden im Bankensektor ab sofort 1 Senior Advanced Analytics & AI Community Lead (f/m/x) Your mission at RBI: * Lead and grow the Advanced Analytics & AI Community across network banks and Landesbanken, fostering collaboration between data scientists, business  analysts, and business stakeholders. * Operate the use case intake and review process: consult teams, guide submissions, de-duplicate, standardize documentation, and ensure high-quality, reusable records. * Facilitate community forums, showcases, and workshops to accelerate discovery, scoping, and scaling of use cases. * Create and maintain playbooks, blueprints, and reusable assets to speed up delivery and adoption across network banks. * Align portfolio priorities with business strategy, platform capabilities (e.g., Databricks on AWS), and budget; coordinate with product owners and delivery teams on roadmaps. * Track and report community and portfolio KPIs to senior stakeholders. * Champion clear communication and connect to Change Management to drive engagement and measurable impact. Your core competencies: * Proven experience managing data science teams, data¿science products, or data¿science communities (typical background: 4-7 years), or equivalent practical experience * Applied knowledge of advanced analytics concepts and architectures, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions * Hands¿on Python Programming and SQL  * Practical experience with classic ML and Generative AI, and familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps workflows * Demonstrated backtesting and model evaluation experience with documented outcomes * Hands¿on use of catalog/knowledge and workflow tools (Confluence, Jira, SharePoint) and data visualization (Power BI); familiarity with Databricks on AWS * Experience facilitating workshops, presenting findings, and managing stakeholder relationships; English fluency; German is a plus Nice to Have: * Knowledge of AI governance and regulatory topics (e.g., EU AI Act, model risk, data privacy) and experience operationalizing related guidelines. * Experience designing and running training, hackathons, and communities of practice for analytics and AI. * Exposure to cloud cost management, portfolio KPIs, and benefits tracking.
