We have a solid strategic base in Latin America and Europe, which enables us to be a pan-American provider of innovative and high-value-added treatments and solutions in oncology, hematology, rare diseases, and other severe and debilitating health conditions. 1 Accounting Analyst Senior (m/f/d) Responsibilities: * Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of financial reports, as well as monthly and annual tax obligations. * Ensure the preparation and issuance of financial statements under international IFRS standards and Local GAAP for regulatory and compliance purposes. * Ensure compliance with tax and legal obligations, reducing risks that may affect the company. * Supervise and coordinate accounting operations, conceptualizing the nature of each activity and ensuring adherence to required techniques and standards. * Provide conceptual and technical support for the company's accounting and tax outlook. * Prepare, coordinate, and review reports for controlling and regulatory entities according to their required periodicity. * Coordinate and monitor accounting and tax outsourcing providers, ensuring optimal performance. * Schedule and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with commitments established in financial agreements and audit schedules. Requirements: * Education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred, including studies in IFRS and tax. * A postgraduate degree or master's in accounting, taxation, or finance is desired. * Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish, and intermediate German skills are relevant for the position. * relevant professional experience, including a minimum of leading and supervising accounting and tax matters for multinational pharmaceutical marketing companies. * Experience with SAP / SAP Business One is an advantage. Full-time position (38,50 hours/week) Office located in 1010 Vienna. Compensation (full-time basis): Salary according to the statutory minimum wage for the position, EUR 2,986, with willingness to pay above this amount depending on experience and qualifications.
