Chinese wok chef (Full-time)

The employee will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Chinese dishes, including wok dishes, hot-fried dishes, noodle and rice dishes. Work includes: Preparation of ingredients (cutting, marinating, portioning); Cooking hot dishes using wok and other kitchen equipment; Ensuring food quality and consistency according to the restaurant's standards; Cooperating with the kitchen team and assisting in menu preparation; This is a full-time position under the Finnish Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Sector (MaRa TES).
