Your Missions • You will contact customers via email or phone to answer queries or retrieve information about their account. • You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Perform back-office sales tasks to support as needed. • You will prepare and send sales proposals assuring their follow up. • You will support your colleagues in managing customer reporting. • You will be responsible to update internal databases and contract details. • You will be willing to execute any other duty or task required by the hierarchy. Your Profile • You are rigorous and diligent team player with a positive attitude. • You are customer satisfaction oriented. • Prior experience in sales support roles. • You possess good verbal and written communication skills in English, French – German is a strong advantage. • You have experience in a customer service role and with Client Relationship Systems (CRM). • You are highly skilled in time-management. • You enjoy contact with drivers/clients daily and this by phone or e-mail and have relevant experience in this area. • You are an active listener and communicative person. • You work efficiently and you are not bored by administrative tasks. • You have a huge interest in the automotive world. • You work accurately and are stress-resistant, driven by a problem solving attitude.
