The position is based in Espoo, Finland, and you will be employed by Clevry for Metso. As a Project Assistant, you will support the delivery team in a large international plant delivery project. You will work closely with project personnel and customers, assisting with travel arrangements, visas, meeting organization, and project-related documentation. The role requires working 45 days per week at the project office in Espoo. Your responsibilities: - Supporting the delivery team in a large international plant delivery project - Organizing travel bookings, hotel reservations, accommodation, and ground transportation for project personnel and customers - Preparing visa invitation letters for customers and suppliers; handling visa and work permit processes for project personnel - Organizing meetings both in-house and at various locations outside the office - Ordering personal protective equipment (PPE), business gifts, business cards, etc. - Handling travel-related invoices and maintaining traveler profiles - Communicating directly with travel agency personnel - Handling confidential and personal information securely Key requirements: - At least 10 years of experience as a project or executive assistant -Systematic and diligent, paying attention to details - Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and adjust to rapid changes - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an international environment; work experience in an Arabic country and cultural understanding are considered an advantage - Good skills in MS Office, invoice handling, and travel expense tools - Professional-level communication skills (both verbal and written) in Finnish and English; Arabic and other languages are considered a major advantage - Good understanding of visas, work visas, and work permit application processes for different countries - Good understanding of travel safety and processing travel-related personal data Client company Metso is a front runner in sustainable technologies, end-to-end solutions, and services for the aggregates, minerals processing, and metals refining industries globally.
