We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Annuals, Perennials and Pot plants (APP) department. Why is this your job? As Sales Manager APP you are responsible for maintaining and building relationships with existing and new customers in South East and North European countries, in line with the product strategy. You sell cuttings at optimal margins to growers. Your tasks and responsibilities: • Manage the sales team and support agents network; • Promote Dümmen Orange genetics; • Create account and sales plan;. • Collaborate with Marketing to create launch plans; • Collaborate with the Retail Account Manager to drive growth of Dümmen Orange Genetics with retailers. Who are you? • You have 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar position; • You are proficient in English, spoken and written; • You have excellent communication skills and are a real connector; • You are accurate, independent, stress-resistant and know how to switch quickly and effectively when the situation requires it; • You have perseverance and are decisive; • You are able to implement changes; • You are willing to travel.
