From cleaning to anodising, from passivation to lacquering: you will ensure that all tasks are carried out perfectly according to strict quality standards. ACTIVITIES You start your working day by analysing the chemical baths: are the values correct? Are the concentrations right? Where necessary, you add chemicals to balance the process. You work according to a schedule: each treatment has a fixed duration and you can often treat several components at the same time. Your work involves several special processes. It starts with the chemical cleaning of parts, e.g. before or after non-destructive testing (NDT). This is followed by surface treatments such as conversion coating or passivation. Each step requires accuracy and strict adherence to process regulations. You receive broad training so that you learn all processes. You will be supported by the chemical process engineers who will train and qualify you and guide you when you have specific questions or malfunctions. This way, you continue to grow in your field and develop into an all-round specialist! You will also do this as Chemical Process Operator at Aeronamic: - Carefully maintain process documentation. - Participate in quality audits such as Nadcap and AS9100.
