MISSION Under the direction of the engineer in charge of the Process Operations unit and in close collaboration with the team leaders, you will ensure the planning and coordination of technical interventions (preventive, corrective and curative maintenance) of the Operations and Maintenance teams on the Forest wastewater treatment plant in a logic of global coordination, safety and optimization of available resources (personnel/material/equipment/subcontractors, etc.) in order to support team leaders and minimize the impact of interventions on the operation of the plant. In concrete terms, your responsibilities will be as follows: Plan the interventions of the Process team. Coordinate the tasks of the teams by pooling the different schedules of each team (Process Operation/Lab/Instrumentation and Maintenance) via the planning tools and the CMMS in order to check their compatibility and, if necessary, to improve them in collaboration with the different team leaders. Follow up on the processing of corrective operations in order to constantly improve the workflow. Regularly report on the operation of the plant with validated data, both in process and maintenance, in order to ensure that the plant's performance is monitored. Apply and enforce safety instructions and procedures during interventions. Regularly document the evolution of your profession in order to learn about innovations. As an employee of the Operations unit, participate in exceptional operations in order to support the other units. Bachelor's degree or CESS (A2) or CESI with a technical/electromechanical orientation (Belgian diploma or with equivalent recognized in Belgium). Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a similar position on an industrial site. In-depth knowledge of CMMS, planning systems and database management. Very good command of the MS Office suite (especially Excel), the Internet and if possible, python. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different types of interlocutors, both internal and external. organization. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Knowledge of the principles and rules of safety on industrial sites. Ability to work stress-free and on time. "Solutions" and "Results" oriented. A good operational knowledge (spoken and written) of Dutch is a "plus" for relations between colleagues. Available quickly.
