Job profile and responsibilities IMA-Europe is offering a part-time position as Secretary, and we are looking for a motivated and service-minded candidate, to immediately join our team in Brussels. As a Secretary, you'll assist the Director-General with the office management and provide administrative support to the team.   Essential job functions · Reception of visitors and deliveries to the office · Organise logistics for meetings and events: Venue booking, Catering, Participant lists, Travel & hotels when needed; Assisting event organisation · Maintain membership and working-group databases up to date, update contact lists, and assist with membership correspondence · Publication in official journal · Any other secretarial or administrative duties as may be required by the Director General. Qualifications and requirements: · Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative/secretarial role, ideally in a multilingual/international environment · Excellent command of English and French.
