As a claims manager, you ensure a fast, efficient and correct handling of claims. • You ensure a correct interpretation of the damage reports. • You ensure professional and thorough communication with customers, insurers and experts. • You work together with your fellow expert and you defend the interests of the customer vis-à-vis insurers. • You show initiative and are a born negotiator. • You are a coach to whom your colleagues can turn with insurance questions You recognize yourself in the following points: · You have at least a graduate/bachelor's degree in insurance/legal practice. · You have at least 2 years of experience as a claims manager in the insurance world. · Experience as a third-party liability manager is a plus. · You are assertive and always work in a customer-oriented way. · You think proactively and take initiative. · You are the point of contact for all actors in your claim file and you negotiate independently. · You are flexible, solution-oriented and have a good dose of common sense. · You work accurately, you are stress-resistant and communicative verbally and in writing. · You have a very good knowledge of Dutch. Knowledge of French is a plus.
