E-Learning Developer

The E-learning Developer plays an important role in creating and building quality e-learning programs. The E-Learning Developer is implicated in: Developing interactive e-learning modules (quizzes, scenarios, drag-and-drop, subtitles) using specialised authoring software (SCORM compliant) ensuring quality and timely execution. Liaising with Experts to create learning content and to convene their work in digestible e-learning material. Contributing to the development and delivery of trainings (online and in person) in collaboration with the Capacity Building team. Coordinating feedback and revisions with the Training Coordinator and other stakeholders. Providing tool support and user experience improvements. Maintaining clear documentation of course structures and development processes. Duties may evolve according to the development of team and its activities. Master's Degree in instructional design, education, digital learning, multimedia, communication, or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in e-learning and instructional design. Candidates with more experience will also be considered. Tech savvy with proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, PowerPoint, Camtasia. Fluent written and verbal communication in English (the interview will be in English). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and usability. You have the ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds and quickly develop knowledge, including new or unfamiliar areas of work. You are a team player and highly organised professional capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
