German Speaking Support Specialist

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering outstanding client service and achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Identifying and assessing customer needs.
• Assisting with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, email, chat, or tickets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• No prior experience in a similar role is required.
• You must possess the necessary documents to work in Bulgaria.
