Sales and Customer Success Intern

Userlink operates AI agents for hundreds of Nordic webshops, helping customers with purchases and learning from every interaction. We are a small team based in Odense, and as an intern, you will be integrated directly into our daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Call Danish webshops (primarily on WooCommerce) to book demos for the sales team.
• Follow up on leads nearing a trial start and contact existing customers regarding new features and extra domains.
• Reach out to new agencies working with webshops and maintain relationships with existing partners.
• Manage lead lists and the CRM system.
• Participate in weekly call reviews alongside the current sales team.

Work Conditions

• Full-time position at the office in Storms Pakhus, Odense.
• SU-eligible with a possible gratuity.
• Dedicated supervisor providing weekly 1:1 meetings.
• Internship duration is determined by your study programme; start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
