Senior Mechanical Engineer

Creo Center is a Nordic product development partner with operations in Finland and Sweden, helping local and international organizations create and develop innovations across various industries. We are looking for an experienced Senior R&D Engineer to join our team and help turn innovative ideas into success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies for advanced technology products.
• Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing documentation using Siemens NX.
• Manage product data and engineering documentation in Teamcenter.
• Support prototype builds, testing activities, and product validation in collaboration with various suppliers.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering within engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, or high-tech industries.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Finnish.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Western Uusimaa region.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within Southern Finland, particularly to supplier and manufacturing sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of semiconductor, vacuum process, precision equipment, or similar high-technology industries.
• Familiarity with ASME and related industrial standards.
