As a key member of our Electronics Design unit, you will have the opportunity to work on complex, mission-critical projects that push the boundaries of what's possible. Your main responsibilities: - Design and develop mixed-signal, analog, and digital circuits for a variety of applications - Bring your designs to life through rapid prototyping and rigorous hands-on debugging - Ensure all designs meet global regulatory standards and EMC/EMI requirements - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers Your skills and experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field - 5+ years of proven experience in professional electronics design - Proficiency in EDA tools such as Altium Designer, PADS or other professional electronics design tools - Good understanding of microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, or ARM Cortex-M) and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, USB, CAN) - Experience with simulation tools for circuit verification - Good english and preferrably finnish spoken and written skills We also value: - Power electronics or/and ATEX/Exi or/and Functional Safety design experience - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
