Senior Full Stack Developer (C#, React)

Granlund is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to develop its Design Data Management (DDM) platform, which transforms building information models into structured data for the construction and real estate industries. You will take ownership of a growing software platform, turning proofs of concept into practical, production-ready features.

Main Tasks

• Develop the DDM platform with a focus on C#/.NET backend development and SQL Server.
• Work on the frontend using React and TypeScript.
• Develop new features end-to-end, improve existing functionality, and propose technical and architectural solutions.
• Maintain code quality through automated testing and controlled releases.
• Collaborate with various business areas to address real-world needs.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and help prioritize development efforts.

Requirements

• Several years of backend development experience, ideally with C#/.NET and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with React and TypeScript, with the ability to develop frontend features independently.
• Good understanding of software architecture, clean code, and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience building software with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor) and the judgment to review their output.
• Good communication skills in English or Finnish.
• A practical, business-oriented mindset with the ability to assess business needs and suggest sensible technical solutions.

Assets

• Experience with Python and data processing tools (FastAPI, pandas, pyarrow, or IfcOpenShell).
• Experience with large language models or AI-powered features.
• Familiarity with Azure services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience combining data from different sources into structured information.
• Experience in product development, startups, or environments requiring broad technical ownership.

Salary

• Approximately 6000-8000 €/month, determined by experience and expertise.
