As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of bundling and driving a cluster of several interrelated productization projects aimed at launching new hardware products to the market. You will collaborate daily with technical leads, design engineers, purchasing, and production teams to ensure smooth progress and seamless NPI transitions. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and unifying project management best practices across the organization.

You are offered:

  • A role in a technically challenging, innovative, and global environment
  • Possibility to work with interesting projects and with a collaborative and supportive team
  • Opportunity to develop processes and build best practices
  • Flexible hybrid work model, combining weekly office presence and remote work

Work tasks include coordinating and driving a multi-project ensemble (including gas handling units, cryostat integration, and primary heat exchanger development), gathering input from technical experts and maintaining accurate reporting and project portfolio visibility, facilitating smooth communication between cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, mechanical design, purchasing, and production), supporting and refining New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and project management practices, and managing task tracking, timelines, and documentation across internal tools.

We are looking for:

  • Good practical experience in managing R&D, productization, or industrial production projects
  • Good understanding of technical concepts (e.g., background in mechanical engineering, electronics, physics, or relevant industrial engineering)
  • Practical experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Hands-on familiarity with project management or ERP softwares (e.g., Jira, Excel, Keto ERP or similar)
  • Self-driven, proactive attitude with a desire to build and structure processes in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
