Change Management Specialist, Helsinki (hybrid)

About the role

As a core member of the project team, you will drive the human side of a new invoice management system rollout across different stakeholders and teams. You will bridge the gap between technical processes and people to ensure a seamless transition. This role offers the chance to work in a truly global setting with a hybrid work model in Helsinki. You will gain valuable experience in large-scale corporate change management.

Work tasks

You will be responsible for the end-to-end change management process, from initial analysis and storytelling to stakeholder engagement and training delivery.

• Create the project story and narrative for the new system implementation
• Conduct comprehensive change impact analyses across different business areas
• Develop and implement tailored change management plans for diverse stakeholders
• Coordinate and deliver communication strategies for end-users and management
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for international teams
• Collaborate closely with the project manager, architects, and process owners
• Engage with stakeholders across approximately 15 countries in Europe and America

We are looking for

• Knowledge of change management methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in English as the primary working language
• Good communication skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge the project team and take initiative

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience with Source-to-Pay or finance-related technology projects
• Previous experience working within a corporate environment
