We are seeking a Compliance Data and Reporting Officer to support the Compliance function in strengthening the quality, reliability, and efficiency of its data, reporting, and information management processes. This is a junior role designed for a rigorous and analytical profile who is comfortable working with data, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance processes in a fast-growing fintech environment.  In this role, you will help ensure the timely preparation, coordination, and delivery of compliance reports, including periodic and ad hoc data regulatory reporting. You will maintain reporting calendars, monitor deadlines, support the collection and validation of relevant data, and contribute to the production of accurate and structured reporting outputs for internal stakeholders and, where applicable, regulators.  The position will contribute to broader compliance management initiatives aimed at improving the use of tools and technology within the Compliance function, including reporting workflows, JIRA-based tracking, data visualisation, automation, and AI-supported information processing. Through these activities, you will play an important role in helping Compliance teams make better use of data, reduce manual effort, and enhance the reliability of management information.  The position reports functionally and administratively to the Global Head of Regulatory Affairs.  What you will do   Maintain reporting calendars and ensure timely delivery of all compliance reports  Work closely with product and data team for regulatory periodic and ad hoc reporting   Support enhancements to digital onboarding data capture and KYC process automation  Support data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy and completeness of compliance reporting  Identify opportunities for data process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort  Provide data insights and analytical support to Compliance Officers and first-line teams  Identify practical obstacles to data quality and reporting processes  Escalate data-related issues and improvement needs to appropriate owners  Support in transmitting reports to regulators of some designated countries  Support any compliance management initiatives aiming at enhancing compliance data processing and visualiztion (e.g. JIRA) and information processing (AI)  What do you bring?  You hold a master's degree or equivalent in business law, banking and financial law, financial economics, or a related field  You have 1+ year of experience in Fintech or Paytech environment  You are rigorous, well-organised, and comfortable working with data and producing structured reports  You have strong analytical skills and are able to synthesise complex information into actionable insights  You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and ease of learning other tool capabilities (JIRA, AI)  You are fluent in English, French is a plus    What do we offer?  Diverse missions and projects in an innovative and growing Fintech company;  A meaningful role within the second line of defence, with real visibility and impact;  A professional, international team with a collaborative and flat hierarchy;  A dynamic and supportive work environment in Brussels.
