OURI is a highly regarded Korean restaurant located in the heart of Copenhagen at Sankt Peders Stræde 24a, known for its authentic flavors and cozy atmosphere. We are busy and are looking for a dedicated Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. Your daily tasks include: Preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in accordance with our quality standards. Cooperation with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Ordering and receiving goods, and managing kitchen inventory. Ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene, and overall kitchen workflow. We are looking for someone who: Is a trained chef or has solid professional experience in the restaurant or catering industry. Is happy and smiling in your approach to other people, guests as well as colleagues, even when it is really busy. Masters English.
