At Restaurant Levi in central Copenhagen, we are looking for our new colleague in the kitchen. The style follows an harmonious combination of Italian/Japanese gastronomical worlds, the goal is giving our guests a sublime experience with every plate, keeping in mind our high standards and big attention for details. The menu changes several times/years and we also have a tasting menu that changes according to the offers of our suppliers. We are looking for a colleague who: Has at least 1 year of experience on Michelin stars restaurants Has at least 1 year of experience with top level Asian / Nordic gastronomy Has European citizenship/passport Is used to working with English as professional language Is very skilled, have no problem to work with high quality ingredients such fish, meat and vegetables Has a big focus on details and perfection, is precise and disciplined, has a very organized mind set and like to work in a very clean and meticulous environment Cooking is a real passion and this industry is not just a place to make money.
