Full time prep chef needed for new restaurant
We are looking for an experienced chef to join our team full-time in Vanløse, with immediate start.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and presenting traditional Danish open sandwiches (smørrebrød)
Producing high-quality sandwiches and lunch dishes
Preparing and handling ingredients
Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
Qualified chef with relevant professional experience
Experience with smørrebrød, sandwich production, or similar kitchen work
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
