We are looking for an experienced chef for our Turkish-inspired kitchen.
Our menu consists of Tantuni, fire-roasted chicken dishes, and healthy side dishes. We are looking for a team member who has experience in Turkish cuisine, can work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and is passionate about high-quality food.
Responsibilities
Preparation of Tantuni dishes
Preparation of fire-roasted chicken dishes
Preparation of salads and side dishes
Managing purchasing and supplies
Supervising kitchen assistants
Ensuring hygiene, self-control, and kitchen cleanliness
Light cleaning duties in the dining area
Qualifications
Experience in Turkish cuisine
Knowledge and experience in preparing Tantuni
Experience with fire-roasted chicken cooking
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Responsible, organized, and hygiene-conscious
