The position includes responsibility for daily kitchen operations and ensuring consistent food quality during service. Key responsibilities Preparation and service of food at a high standard Independent management of kitchen operations during shifts Planning and coordination of daily kitchen workflow Ordering, stock control, and inventory management Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations Training and supervision of kitchen staff Contribution to menu development Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant professional kitchen experience Ability to work independently and take operational responsibility Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Additional information The position is a full-time role with ongoing employment.
