We’re Hiring: Chef de Partie (2+ Years’ Experience)
Latin Geisha — a brand-new Asian–Latin fusion restaurant opening soon in Vesterbro — is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our opening kitchen team.
What you’ll do
Run your section with consistency and speed during prep and service
Execute Asian–Latin fusion dishes to spec and help develop specials
Maintain top standards of hygiene, mise en place, and stock rotation
Support the team and communicate clearly on the pass
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie
Sharp knife skills, clean workstation habits, and a calm head under pressure
Passion for flavour, presentation, and learning new techniques
Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
