Recruiter / Talent Partner (Metal Industry)

**We are hiring** a new A-LEVEL team member. **Recruiter / Talent Partner (Metal Industry)** We are looking for a strong team member who can combine **recruitment + business development** This is not a typical HR role this is **Recruitment + Sales** **What you will do:** - Recruit skilled blue-collar professionals (welders, CNC operators, industrial painters, etc.) - Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordination - Identify and approach new clients (factories, production companies) - Build and maintain long-term client relationships - Close positions efficiently and manage hiring pipelines - Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment **Work format:** - Fully remote - Based in Finland - Ready to travel within Finland when needed **Requirements (strict):** You must have: - Valid work authorization in Finland (EU passport or residence permit) - Proven experience in the Finnish recruitment industry **This role is for you if you:** · Have minimum 3 years experience in a Finnish recruitment company · Speak Finnish at C1 level (or native) · Speak English at C1 level (or native) · Understand the Finnish labor market · Think analytically and make fast decisions · Perform well under pressure · Take full ownership and responsibility for results · Are comfortable working with blue-collar roles · Have experience in both recruitment AND client acquisition **What you get:** · Work in a fast-growing company in the metal industry · International team (20+ nationalities) · Real impact: your work directly affects business growth · High level of responsibility and autonomy **We will NOT consider candidates who:** · Dont speak Finnish at required level · Dont have recruitment experience in Finland · Dont meet legal work requirements · Apply just in case **Important:** We are building a strong team.
