Part-time Work tasks: Main areas of work: - Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of all designated areas, including dining spaces, common areas, employee zones, restrooms, and storage rooms. - Ensure surfaces, floors, furniture and fixtures are kept clean and well-maintained. - Manage waste disposal, restocking of supplies, and organization of workspaces. - Conduct weekly deep cleaning of furniture, fixtures, and high-use areas. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage rooms and employee spaces. - Sanitize and inspect areas to uphold hygiene and safety standards. - Perform comprehensive monthly cleaning, including walls, ceilings, and equipment. - Support structural preservation efforts in designated spaces. - Provide laundry services, including washing, drying, and storing rags, towels, aprons, and uniforms. - Assist with maintenance tasks such as cleaning behind and under equipment. - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure task clarity and smooth operations. - Follow regulations, procedures and technical guidelines, report issues promptly, and provide updates or reports as required. - Perform tasks assigned by Manager adhering to schedules and deadlines. Familiarity with sanitation regulations, particularly in food service and public areas. - Ability to identify and report maintenance issues, such as faulty equipment or fixtures, ensuring smooth operations. - Maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained. - Efficiently complete tasks within set timeframes while adapting to changing priorities or schedules. - Strong physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and frequent use of steps. - Maintains confidentiality and trustworthiness. - Collaborates effectively with colleagues and communicates clearly to support a clean, safe, and organized work environment. - Proactively addresses minor issues, such as equipment malfunctions, ensuring tasks are completed without disruptions. - Prioritizes hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards, particularly in high-traffic and food service areas. - Demonstrates integrity, and punctuality, a reliable team player with strong problem-solving skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively to ensure smooth operations. - A valid health certificate is required for working in food preparation and serving areas. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
