The á la carte chef works as part of a flexible and cooperative kitchen team, contributing to preparation, service, cleanliness, food safety, and shift readiness. This role requires consistency, good communication, reliability, and the ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment. We expect you to have previous experience working in restaurants and a good understanding of kitchen workflow, mise en place, and service routines.
