About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and professional Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at the Best For franchise in Itäkeskus. We specialize in a unique range of lifestyle products, and we need someone who can provide excellent customer service while helping our store shine both in-person and online.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Provide a welcoming, professional, and helpful experience to every customer who visits our store.
Store Operations: Maintain a tidy, organized, and attractive product display.
Social Media Management: Create engaging content (photos, videos, and updates) for our shop's social media channels to showcase our latest arrivals and drive store traffic.
Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on our product categories to provide customers with expert advice.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is required.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential for assisting our diverse customer base.
Social Media Savvy: Ability to produce high-quality, creative content for platforms like Instagram or TikTok.
Attitude: A cheerful, proactive, and "can-do" personality with a strong sense of professionalism.
