The role You will provide first-line customer support to our German and international customers, mainly via phone and email. Working closely with Sales, R&D, Quality, and shipping, you will ensure fast, professional, and solution-oriented support. Your responsibilities Support customers with product, software, invoicing, upselling, and replacement inquiries, owning each case from start to finish Guide customers through software installation (through Team Viewer) Become an expert in Cortrium’s products and software Capture customer feedback and feature requests Assist the shipping team to ensure efficient deliveries when needed Who you are German speaker with professional fluency in English and one additional language (Danish, French or Spanish) Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented Structured, reliable, and comfortable with technology Customer service experience preferred (technical support not required) What we offer An international, informal work environment A role with responsibility in a growing med-tech company Full-time or part-time position (16–37 h/week) Modern office in Høje Taastrup with great facilities About Cortrium Cortrium develops innovative ECG solutions that help healthcare professionals diagnose heart arrhythmias.
