Knife Handling: Expert use of knives and other cutting tools to perform tasks efficiently and safely. Hygiene and Safety: Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and adhering to all safety regulations in the workplace. Teamwork: Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets. Job requirements Experience: At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role, with specific skills in carving, deboning, and working in a slaughtering department. Knife Skills: Excellent knife handling skills and precision cutting techniques.
