Job duties and responsibilities Spread, level, and smooth hot asphalt using hand tools like rakes, lutes, and shovels, or by assisting machinery like pavers. Use and maintain tools and heavy machinery, including rollers, plate compactors, pavement saws, and power brooms. Fill cracks and potholes, apply sealants, and perform routine inspections on paving equipment. Job requirements Minimum 1 year of proven relevant experience. Familiar with asphalt materials, paving machinery, and hand tools. Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow strict regulations to prevent accidents. English skills: medium level required. Qualifications Driver's license required: B or BE recommended. Salary and benefits Hourly gross salary: starting from 178.50 kr./hour.
