Job duties and responsibilities Perform post-mortem inspections of pigs to ensure safety and quality standards. Support the daily operations of the slaughterhouse inspection team. Maintain accurate records and documentation using company IT systems. Collaborate effectively within a large and dynamic team environment. Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Job requirements Certified as a red meat inspection technician or hold equivalent qualifications. Relevant education or practical experience in the field of meat inspection. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a large team. Commitment to continuous professional and personal development. Solid IT skills. English skills: Advanced level required. Qualifications Driver's license required: B or BE recommended Salary and benefits Hourly gross salary: 192.82 kr./hour, according to the applicable collective agreement. Working hours: 160 hours per month, in 2 shifts between 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM. 6 weeks of paid holiday per annum. Accommodation and transportation to work: provided if needed.
