Service Instructor
**Join us as a Site Supervisor in Oulu** Do you want to lead your own team and be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery at a client site? We are looking for an energetic and responsible supervisor who enjoys leading people and organizing daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of your site, developing activities, personnel management, and customer collaboration in an international and people-oriented environment. The role combines hands-on daily leadership, ensuring smooth and high-quality service delivery together with your team, operational development, and financial responsibility. This position is suitable whether you are an experienced supervisor, a professional in the cleaning industry, or someone looking for a new career direction. **Your responsibilities include, among others:** - Leading site operations, quality, and customer satisfaction - Personnel management, recruitment, onboarding, shift planning, and supporting employee well-being - Maintaining and developing customer relationships and promoting additional sales - Monitoring the sites finances, budget, and resources, and improving profitability - Developing operations, identifying risks, and ensuring a safe working environment - Reporting key performance indicators and service performance - Participating in practical cleaning work when necessary **We expect you to have:** - Relevant education and/or experience in the property services or service sector - Experience in supervisory work or team leadership (considered an advantage) - Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to motivate a team - A customer-oriented and solution-focused approach - The ability to plan and develop operations cost-effectively - Readiness to take responsibility for your sites performance and results - Sufficient digital skills to use tools and systems - A positive, responsible, and goal-oriented attitude - Good command of Finnish and/or English **We offer you:** - A permanent employment contract, 37.5 hours per week - Working hours on weekdays and weekends; shifts start early in the morning from 6:00 AM and take place in the mornings and daytime - A competitive salary of approximately €2,500€2,800/month depending on your experience - Comprehensive onboarding through our renewed onboarding path and N-Clean Academy, along with personal support at the start of your role - Opportunities to develop in supervisory roles and build your career path as part of a growing organization - An international and supportive work community - A safe and respectful working environment **Why join us?** For us, the most important thing is that you enjoy your work and feel that what you do is meaningful.
