Project Assistant
We are looking for a Property Maintenance and Project Assistant to support a small-scale property and land development project in the Nuuksio area. The role is hands-on and varied, combining maintenance work, practical project support, and assistance in developing land and outdoor environments.
The position includes working across different types of tasks, including physical maintenance, project support, and occasional community- and customer-related activities. Some aspects of the work involve developing land in a way that takes into account sustainable and regenerative practices.
Property maintenance and general upkeep of buildings
Assisting in small-scale renovation and construction-related tasks
Supporting the development and maintenance of outdoor areas and land
Assisting in organizing and supporting community or project-related activities
Providing general support across different aspects of the project as needed
Experience in practical, hands-on work (e.g. maintenance, construction assistance, or similar)
Ability to assist in basic renovation or manual tasks
Good physical condition and willingness to perform manual work
Ability to work independently and flexibly across different types of tasks and locations
Reliability and a proactive working attitude
Fluent communication skills in English
Relevant education in a related field (e.g. horticulture, environmental studies, or similar) is considered an advantage
Interest or experience in permaculture, regenerative practices, or sustainable land use
Experience in working with land, gardening, or outdoor environments
Experience in multi-role or project-based work environments
Ability to handle both practical and light administrative/customer tasks
Interest in community-oriented or project-based work
The work takes place primarily in the Espoo/Nuuksio area, with occasional work in Kokkola
Working hours may vary depending on project needs
